Come Play and Stay for a guided and tutorial weekend of Extreme Kitesurfing in Kerry with three-time Irish Freestyle Champion and waveriding adventurer, Ryan Coote.
 
Play
Ryan is running Advanced/ Improvers Intensive Waveriding and Freestyle courses in his legendary stomping ground, Kerry's own Brandon Bay. Come see for yourself why it is one of the world's top kitesurf and wave spots.
 
The course will run one weekend a month for the next twelve months.

Ryan will be your guide to all the best wave and freestyle locations around the Dingle peninsula and Kerry, advising and leading the way to the best conditions and the equipment that will take you further on your kitesurf path. 
 
The goal of the weekend is to help people to break down barriers that they have come up against in their kiting. Whether it's riding a strapless surfboard in the waves, getting higher and faster rotations, perfecting your unhooking on a wave face, or simply just how to gybe a board properly, Ryan is there to help you overcome your obstacles and take you on to the next level.
 
Ryan's demo kites and boards are available for sampling at no extra charge.
 
 
Stay
You are invited to stay as Ryan's guest in his home for weekend for no extra charge, and he will keep you fed on the best Organic food that money can buy for breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. You might even be lucky enough to eat fresh sea bass that he himself speared that very day. You will a get prepared lunch out on location on whichever beach spot is chosen that day. Sunday evening everyone can say good-bye after a meal at the local restraint the Seven Hogs.

If you would prefer to book youor own accommodation, just enquire about suggested B&Bs in the area that will be most convenient.

Requirements for the course

• Your own sports insurance, IKO or IKSA, (can be provided on  request)
• Your own kite gear. No gear is provide for the weekend, though demo gear can be sampled.
• Confident swimming skills.
• Your own transport.
• A good level of physical fitness.
• A desire to learn and push yourself.
